The news media is invited to join us this Thursday (Aug. 29) at The Alabama State University for a news conference hosted by President Quinton T. Ross, Jr., which is about a new partnership agreement being signed between the U.S. Army’s Combat Capabilities Development Command and the University.
The event occurs at 9:30 a.m. in the President’s Conference Room, which is located on the first-floor of Councill Hall (915 S. Jackson St.).
This is concerning an education partnership agreement that promotes both workforce development opportunities and is related to S.T.E.M. (science, technology, engineering, and mathematics) educational assistance with the Army’s Combat Capabilities Development Command.
Comments will be made by both parties with a signing ceremony to follow. Questions from the news media will take place at the conclusion of the news conference. The news media is asked to be on site and set-up by 9:20 a.m. since the news conference will start at 9:30 a.m. sharp. Thanks!
